We're currently seeking a Business Development Manager / Executive (BDM/BDE) with proven experience in selling IT services and software products, capable of managing both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling – no bidding platforms involved.
• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients across domestic and international markets.
• Handle the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in IT services/product sales, including handling both domestic and international clients.
• Proven ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, client needs, and software development processes.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently without dependency on bidding platforms like Upwork/Freelancer.
