About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Operations Executive

to support day-to-day HR processes and ensure smooth functioning of employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS system (Zoho).
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data inputs (attendance, leave, new joiners, exits).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.).
Coordinate and manage employee onboarding formalities including offer release, documentation, induction, and background verification.
Assist in preparation of HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
Handle queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
Support HR in policy implementation, audits, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist roles.
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
