Job Description

You are a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of HR practices and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position (1-3 years preferred) - Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude - Strong ethics and reliability Preferred Qualifications: - Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus - Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing] Please note that the job is a Full-time, Permanent position.
