Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to source, attract, and hire top talent. Youll take ownership of the recruitment process from initial job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and effective candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet job specifications and organizational fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, facilitating interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
