Experience:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollout)
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth induction for new hires
  • Maintain recruitment records and track hiring metrics

2. Payroll & Leave Management

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and employee salary inputs
  • Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and resolve related queries
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement

3. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Conduct one-on-one discussions and feedback sessions regularly
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team outings, celebrations, and festive events

4. HR Operations

  • Manage employee records and update information in the HRMS/employee portal
  • Track confirmations, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle events
  • Support in compliance with HR policies and internal procedures

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with employees across departments
  • Support internal announcements, policy updates, and training coordination

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in

    IT recruitment

    and HR generalist functions
  • Strong knowledge of

    payroll processes, leave management

    , and grievance handling
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills with a

    positive attitude and high level of initiative

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, HRMS tools, and employee portal management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Immediate or 10–15 days joiner preferred
  • Previous experience in an

    IT or tech-driven environment

    will be an advantage
