HR Executive - ( Contract to Hire )

Key responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand department needs and attract qualified candidates.
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

2. Employee relations and engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify reasons for employee turnover.

3. HR administration and compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process monthly payroll, benefits administration, and manage employee leave records.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to all staff.
  • Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and generate HR reports and presentations for management.

4. Performance and talent management

  • Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews and appraisal meetings.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to help employees enhance their skills and growth.
  • Assist in creating development plans and succession planning programs.

QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.

Experience

  • [e.g., 2+] years of proven work experience in an HR role.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
