Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle inbound hotline calls related to compliance concerns, incidents, and employee grievances
  • Document call details accurately, including issue description, impacted party, urgency, and supporting context
  • Create incidents/tickets in the designated case management or ticketing system
  • Perform basic triage using predefined decision trees and SOPs
  • Route cases to the appropriate L2/L3 teams based on category and severity
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
  • Provide basic status updates to callers as per guidelines
  • Follow process controls, scripts, and compliance standards

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to take structured notes during live calls
  • Basic understanding of compliance, incidents, and grievance handling
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work in shift-based operations.
