Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct thorough document verification and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed efficiently.
Utilize the Docusign tool to streamline the document signing and verification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various teams to identify and address any compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and audit trails for all onboarding and audit activities.
Engage with candidates throughout the onboarding process, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Manage a team of 25+ employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations and achieve team goals.
