Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the background verification process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct thorough document verification and audits to ensure accuracy of candidate information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies during onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients to ensure seamless integration into their existing systems.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-9 years of experience in BGV (Background Verification) industry.
  • Strong understanding of auditing, document verification, and onboarding procedures.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
