Indirya Jewellers ( Aditya Birla Group ) HR Executive - ( Contract to Hire ) Key responsibilities1. Recruitment and talent acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand department needs and attract qualified candidates. Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents. Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 2. Employee relations and engagement Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and confidential manner. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify reasons for employee turnover. 3. HR administration and compliance Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Process monthly payroll, benefits administration, and manage employee leave records. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to all staff. Ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Prepare and generate HR reports and presentations for management. 4. Performance and talent management Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews and appraisal meetings. Coordinate training and development programs to help employees enhance their skills and growth. Assist in creating development plans and succession planning programs. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus. Experience [e.g., 2+] years of proven work experience in an HR role. Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Familiarity with HR software (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
