Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Mumbai region including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work on manpower planning for new and existing outlets in collaboration with operations and HR leadership.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using a mix of platforms: job portals, internal database, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interview rounds with the relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and provide weekly status reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
Organize and participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, and other mass hiring activities when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices in the hospitality space.
Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding and orientation.
