Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and conveyancing tasks. Daily activities include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal records.

Responsibilities:

Contracts & Agreements:

• Draft and review agreements like leases, vendor contracts, employment letters, and more.
• Make sure all our documents are legally sound and up to date.
• Keep track of renewals and paperwork deadlines.
• Support New Outlet Openings Help with legal work for opening new restaurantsproperty papers, licenses, and local permissions.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and city authorities.

IPO & Corporate Work

• Assist with documentation and filings as we prepare for our IPO.
• Work with advisors and teams to ensure were ready from a legal and compliance point of view.
• Compliance & Risk Stay updated on laws that affect our business (FSSAI, labor laws, POSH, etc.).
• Make sure we’re following all regulations across our outlets and offices.
• Coordinate with legal consultants when needed.
• Internal Legal Advice Be the go-to person for legal questions from our teams. Help us manage risk while supporting business goals.

Qualifications:

• Law graduate (LLB) with 2–5 years of experience (F&B, retail, or hospitality is a bonus)
• Comfortable with contract drafting, property documentation, and basic company law
• Familiar with IPO basics, compliance filings, and general corporate governance
• Good at communicating, organized, and able to work independently
