Were Hiring – HR Executive

About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end
recruitment process
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage
employee onboarding and exit formalities
(documentation, induction, clearance, etc.).
Handle
employee engagement activities
to ensure a positive work environment.
Maintain and update
attendance records, leave management, and timesheets.
Assist in
payroll processing
and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Oversee
employee KYC and documentation
for compliance purposes.
Prepare and maintain HR-related
MIS & reports in Excel.
Support in handling
grievances, queries, and HR-related issues.
Ensure proper adherence to
HR policies and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR operations/recruitment.
Knowledge of
payroll, compliance, and HR policies.
Proficiency in
MS Excel & documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
