Job Description

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities.
Conduct induction/orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Promote a positive workplace culture.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely salary processing.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain documentation and support audits as required.

Performance Management

Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records.
Coordinate feedback and goal-setting discussions.

HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
Prepare HR MIS reports and support management with analytics.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
Good time management and multitasking ability.
