Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Attendance, Leave Management for Employees

  • Submission of reports and inputs to Payroll Department - 21st of every month

2. Recruitment & On boarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up. 30th of every month report to management
  • Planning with the line managers & HR manager for recruitment update.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities. 30th
  • Facilitate smooth on boarding process including orientation and induction programs.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, etc.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and support action plans based on feedback.
  • Prepare Organogram for manpower planning and budget for the department.

3. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process: data collection, scheduling reviews, follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees on appraisal documentation and goal setting.
  • Performance review for the departments must be conducted every month
  • 30 days, 90 days review for newly joined employee and quarterly performance management for other employees.

4. Statutory compliance & Documentation

  • Updating & registering the ESI & PF details of the new joiners in ESI & PF portals.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Identify training needs in coordination for employees with department heads.
  • 12 training sessions per year for Training & Development. (2hrs Each)
  • Organize internal/external training sessions and maintain training record for feedbacks

6. Exit & Full and Final Process

  • Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews.
  • Coordinate clearance, F&F settlements, and issue relieving & experience letters.
  • 21 days from date of relieving settlement to be completed.

7. HR Policy Implementation

  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Suggest improvements in policies based on employee feedback or organizational needs.

8. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Generate HR reports such as headcount, attrition, leave balances, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR dashboards and records for audit and management review.

9. Employee Engagement Activities

  • Generate To initiate employee engagement activities.
