Job Description

  • Facility Management:

    • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
    • Coordinate housekeeping services, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
    • Taking Facility rounds and troubleshooting.
  • Canteen Management:

    • Manage canteen operations, including vendor coordination, menu planning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Gather feedback from employees to improve canteen services.
  • Pest Control:

    • Coordinate pest control services, ensuring the facility is maintained in accordance with safety and health regulations.
    • Monitor and address any pest-related issues promptly.
  • Security Management

  • Event Organization:

    • Support in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
    • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Operational Support:

    • Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Support the procurement process by managing purchase orders and vendor communications.
    • Renewal of Vendor Contracts/ Coordination with vendors for monthly Invoices.
  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Support safety initiatives by maintaining records and assisting in training sessions.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives.

Skills & Attributes Required:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
