HR Executive & Admin In Charge

Human Resources

Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

HR Manager

25K - 30K per month


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including

    recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

  • Maintain and update HR records such as

    attendance, leave management, performance reviews, and employee database.

  • Implement and monitor HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee welfare initiatives to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office facilities management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of assets.
  • Support in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, F&F), employee communication, and HR analytics reports for management review.
  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for employee queries, grievance resolution, and admin-related escalations ensuring timely closure.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events to boost morale and organizational culture.


Qualifications & Skills Required:


- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR management is an added advantage.
