Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, focusing on talent acquisition for our plant/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a similar industrial setting and be familiar with blue-collar and technical hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for various roles, especially technical and plant-level positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Develop and post job advertisements through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes in coordination with the HR team.
• Support other HR activities as needed during manpower planning, audits, or employee engagement events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
