We’re Hiring: Human Resources (HR) Executive/Manager

Location: Kanpur

Full-time | On-site

Experience: 2–5 years (Mid-Level)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-first HR professional who can blend empathy with execution. As the HR Executive/Manager, you’ll be the culture custodian, process champion, and talent architect of our fast-growing team.

You won’t just “do HR”—you’ll build a high-performance, people-centric ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for all departments—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee happiness, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives.
• Compliance & Policies: Implement and manage HR policies, documentation, and statutory compliance.
• Performance Management: Coordinate appraisal cycles, goal setting, and KPIs.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize workshops or L&D programs.
• HR Tech & Automation: Leverage tools (Zoho/HRMS) to keep things lean and efficient.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate, mentor, and maintain a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience (SME/startup exposure preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Hands-on experience with HR tools and CRMs (Zoho People a plus)
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in India
