Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: Arazi No. 412, Mandhana Bithoor Road, Village Barhat, Bangar, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 209201 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for driving online presence, engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence. Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Create and manage paid ads (PPC) using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular performance reports. Coordinate with content creators and designers to develop creative and engaging content. Run email marketing campaigns and handle lead nurturing funnels. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
