ERM is seeking an HR Data & Insight Analyst to join our regional HR team that supports the EMEA business.
Location: New Delhi, India
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
The role will provide data analysis to the Regional HR Director, the regional HR team and the wider regional leadership team. The EMEA HR team plays a key role in enabling our business, and the HR Data Analyst will join us on our transformation journey to help design and implement the HR data analytics roadmap and to shape HR decisions across EMEA.
About the role:
Whilst the role and responsibilities can vary, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Integrate finance, sales and HR data to create integrated insights which drive commercial decisions
Design and implement the HR data analytics roadmap
Take responsibility for a quarterly ‘HR Health Metrics’ data pack for EMEA leadership team which shows how we doing against hiring, retention, high talent turnover, pay differentiation by skill sets etc
Support the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team by providing data & analysis at key points in the year such as compensation cycle, talent review, balanced scorecard setting etc
Respond to ad-hoc data requests & help develop a data self-service approach for the EMEA HR teams
Produce slides to present data
Ensures existing Workday dashboards are fit for purpose & proactively identifies future needs
About you:
This position would suit someone with the following skills, knowledge, experience and attributes:
Intermediate/Expert in Excel functions
Experience in PowerBI or similar platform is beneficial
Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS
Experience working with multiple data sources
Experience of standard operational challenges such as data accuracy, user adoption and adherence to processes
Knowledge of GDPR & data management
Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems is beneficial
