Solution Architect- India GDC (Gurugram)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of complex, scalable, and secure technical solutions. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology strategy, working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end architecture for large-scale solutions, integrating systems, platforms, and third-party services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead architectural discussions and provide thought leadership across development teams. Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices. Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and performance goals. Review and validate technical designs and provide guidance to developers and engineers. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption when aligned with business strategy. Document architectural decisions and maintain architecture artifacts and blueprints. Support pre-sales and proposal efforts by creating high-level architecture and solution overviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software development or engineering, with at least 3 years in a solution or enterprise architect role. Strong knowledge of system integration, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices. Hands-on experience with APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), containers, and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and security principles. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead architectural decision-making and influence senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern software delivery practices. Experience in a domain-specific architecture (e.g., fintech, healthcare, telecom) is a plus.
