Job Objective ERM is seeking a Project Accounting Associate, who will fulfill the Project Accounting responsibilities on their day-to-day activities, including accurate and efficient project set up within ERM's systems, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records, facilitating the client invoicing process, and proper closure of the project upon completion. The Project Accounting (PA) team at ERM is a function that resides within the Finance Department, responsible for closely partnering with ERM's consultant teams to ensure proper administration and financial health of client projects, from inception through close. ERM's Global IT Operations team is recruiting a 1st line Service Desk Technician in the APAC time zone based in ERM's New Delhi office. This position will support ERMer’s globally across a range of different time zones and will be a fixed shift (14.00 – 22.30) IST. However, due to the global support model and areas we support, flexibility will be expected The position will provide end user support in accordance with all applicable Service Levels, Satisfaction scores, and KPI’s. The technician will be the first point of contact for IT, providing end-to-end responsibility for requests and incidents submitted via the ticketing system or phone. Daily activities include initial triage, resolution, or escalation to the correct resolving team ensuring a high level of satisfaction is always maintained within IT services. The position will utilise IT Services Management (ITSM) best practices such as ITIL to ensure new and existing services offered by IT are thoroughly understood and operating towards OLA/SLA targets.
