We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to manage both human resources operations and talent acquisition activities. This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to build expertise across multiple HR functions.
Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-volume positions
HR Operations
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits
• Support performance management cycles and coordinate appraisal processes
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or Bachelors degree in HR/Business Administration with relevant certifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in employer branding activities
