Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Support:

Recruitment Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Manage the new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing employee letters (offer letters, relieving letters, etc.), managing leave requests, and tracking attendance.
Payroll Assistance: Assist in gathering payroll data and coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Sales Coordination Administration:

Sales Order Processing: Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and dispatched promptly.
Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Sales Reporting: Assist in generating various sales reports, including weekly sales summaries and pipeline updates.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, preparing presentations, and organizing sales-related documents.

General Administration:

Coordinate between the HR and Sales departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and a cohesive work environment.
Handle general office administration tasks as needed.
