Job Role & Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for plant staff & workers
• Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities & grievance handling
• Conduct training programs on HR policies & safety awareness
• Statutory HR compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and employee record maintenance

Safety Responsibilities:

• Monitor PPE usage, workplace hygiene & safety compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety drills
• Report, document, and assist in accident investigations
• Ensure compliance with safety laws & support audits/inspections
• Coordinate with plant/maintenance teams for hazard prevention

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of labor laws, Factories Act, PF/ESI
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP tools
• Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both shop floor & management teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
