Job Title: Telecaller Location: Mehdipatnam Pillar no. 75, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team and drive customer engagement through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining products/services, maintaining call records, and achieving daily targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Words, CRM Tools) Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Hours: 7 hours Working i.e 10:00AM to 7:00PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
