L.G. Home Comfort (LGHC) is a Canadian HVAC company that was established in 2017. With a family-run approach, LGHC extends that level of delicate touch to its customers and treats every home we walk into as if it were our own.

We started our Indian division, Knockout Agency in April 2024 to support our North American operations. It is located in the Boomerang Tower, Chandivali, Mumbai.

We’re looking for a dynamic HR cum Admin who can handle both people and processes with equal ease!
You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance & payroll coordination, while also keeping our office running smoothly through effective administration.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Attendance, leave & payroll data management
• Office administration, vendor coordination & travel arrangements
• Maintain employee files & ensure compliance
• Support management with reports and HR policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or relevant field
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR/Admin roles
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multitask & handle confidential information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
