We are hiring for Customer Service Representative for our Indian Branch

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

Customer Inquiries - Handle customer calls, emails, and chats regarding HVAC products and services.

Order Management - Process orders, answer questions, and resolve issues related to HVAC products and services.

Technical Support- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Issue Resolution -Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Data Entry - Update customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.

Requirements

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Skills : Ability to handle customer complaints and issues professionally.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with HVAC products and services, and basic computer skills.

Availability : Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Location :- Chandivali.Powai

Working Days :- Monday - Friday

Notice Period :- Immediate joining required
