Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Executive with exceptional English communication skills to manage and enhance our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between students, parents, counselors, and partner institutions, thereby contributing to the success of our overseas education consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update student records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and application statuses to facilitate timely interventions.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between counselors, students, and management.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the counseling team to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaison and interact with students from time to time for application and admission process related tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,703.43 - ₹20,000.00 per month
