We are Hiring for Customer Service Experts for Airline Process atGurugramJob Location - Gurugram Sec 49Interview - virtualSalary - 3-4.5 Lpa (for fresher 3 LPA)5 days workingShifts rotational - for girls max till 11 PMFor males 24/7Both side cabs or transport allowanceFresher or experience candidates Both can applyJob Requirement:*Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite*Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call oremail or chat or a combination*Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing*Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)*GDS Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an addedadvantage*Ability to handle complex situations*Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotationalweek-offs as per process requirements*Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation,Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful
