Responsible to source right candidates independently through proper sourcing like Job Portals, References, Headhunting, Social Media/ Networking Sites etc. in Non IT.
Desired Skills:
Possess excellent listening skills.
Dedication towards the work.
Working knowledge of computers (basics of Excel, MS Word and Power point)
Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to gauge a candidate.
Should be enthusiastic about interacting with people
Good Negotiation Skills
Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written).
Should be comfortable with cold calling to candidates.
Candidates having exp. in bulk hiring for BPO/ KPO will have an advantange.
