Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Bhopal. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing information about our products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and deliver outstanding service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of holistic health and wellness is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
