Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kochi. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chats. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, the role involves documenting customer interactions and working closely with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
