Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints (phone, email, chat, or in-person).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide product/service information and support to customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
