Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Customer Service Representative located in Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience. The role involves engaging with customers, providing support, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in Customer Experience and handling Customer Service Representatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a must
• Fluency in English

• 9 hours including 1 hour break  
• Rotational Shifts 24/7 
• Transportation provided from.../ To...  (Meeting points), Door-to-door transportation for females starting from 10:00 PM till 6:00 AM
• Salary: Total Gross Salary: 20,328 EGP + EGP 10 as an overnight allowance per hour starting from 08:00 PM
