HR cum Admin Executive

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual seeking to kickstart your career as an HR cum Admin Executive. Your responsibilities in Human Resources will include assisting in job postings and interview coordination, facilitating onboarding and new employee induction, maintaining employee records and documentation, managing attendance and leave tracking, organizing employee engagement activities, and aiding in the preparation of HR reports and presentations. In the administrative domain, you will be responsible for managing office supplies and inventory, liaising with vendors and service providers, assisting in meeting arrangements and travel coordination, ensuring office cleanliness and basic facility upkeep, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, as well as supporting filing and record-keeping tasks. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, possess basic knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a proactive learning attitude, and showcase excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
