Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:
Creating job descriptions and posting job openings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, extending job offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments, conducting salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance employee skills.
Employee Engagement:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee morale and motivation.
HR Operations and Administration:
Managing employee records and data, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting managers and employees with HR-related inquiries.
Managing HR systems and technology.
