Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to workplace safety and company quality standards. Preferred candidate profile ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Tool & Die / Production or equivalent. 2 to 6 years of experience in CNC bending / press brake machine operation (preferably in sheet metal manufacturing ). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of tooling, gauges, and measuring instruments. Physically fit to handle factory environment and production duties.

Prepare inspection reports, maintain records, and support internal audits. Conduct rejection analysis, root cause identification, and corrective/preventive actions. Support ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality system requirements. Coordinate with production, suppliers, and customers for quality issues. Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and reduce rejections. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering OR ITI with relevant experience. 26 years of quality control/quality assurance experience in sheet metal & plastic component manufacturing . Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, 7QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.). Exposure to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
