Position: Manpower Supervisor Location: Mahindra and Mahindra Farm Division Zaheerabad - Bidar Rd Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs 15,000 - 25,000 Job Summary: We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor to oversee recruiter operations, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient staffing processes. This role requires leadership, client engagement, and process optimization skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support recruiters to optimize candidate sourcing and placement. Monitor recruiter performance, provide training, and ensure compliance. Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth. Oversee workforce planning and ensure timely fulfillment of job orders. Track key metrics and prepare recruitment activity reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing supervision.
