Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manpower Supervisor to oversee recruiter operations, manage client relationships, and ensure efficient staffing processes. This role requires leadership, client engagement, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support recruiters to optimize candidate sourcing and placement.
• Monitor recruiter performance, provide training, and ensure compliance.
• Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Oversee workforce planning and ensure timely fulfillment of job orders.
• Track key metrics and prepare recruitment activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or staffing supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office.
