HR Business Partner

As a US HR Generalist at Dark Matter Technologies, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support to employees and managers. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a trusted point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance and ensuring their queries are directed to the right contact. - Proactively supporting HR processes, managing assigned projects, and delivering results within set deadlines. - Acting as the initial point of contact for managers on employee relations issues and escalating when necessary. - Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and commission/incentive plans. - Creating onboarding plans and educating new hires on HR policies, procedures, and regulations. - Reviewing and maintaining the HRIS system, including employee personnel file audits. - Tracking Tuition Reimbursement requests and ensuring proper documentation before processing reimbursement. - Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, and participating in corporate audits. - Providing general HR support and assisting with HR projects as assigned. Qualifications needed for this position: - Minimum of three years of HR experience. - Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred. - Ability to work in a decentralized HR team environment with support. - Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday. - Familiarity with U.S. Employment Practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and effective communication skills.,
