Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at Adobe, you will be part of a team dedicated to changing the world through digital experiences. Your role will involve serving as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders, advising on people interventions, and working on critical organizational and people issues. You will collaborate with Employee Experience COEs, influence organizational design, and drive culture and change management initiatives. Here's what you'll be doing: - Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders - Advise and recommend people interventions to Directors & Sr. Directors - Understand the strategic intent of the business and diagnose the organization using data and insights - Work on critical organizational and people issues, leadership development, culture, and change management - Collaborate with Employee Experience COEs to design support for business leaders - Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo - Establish relationships at all levels of the organization - Apply creativity in your approach to HR challenges - Demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills - Embrace a positive, can-do attitude and be a self-starter - Stay flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment - Have a burning passion to exceed expectations To succeed in this role, you will need: - 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience - Overall 12+ years in the industry - Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Talent Management, Culture Building, and change management - Expertise in understanding HR processes and systems - Experience in partnering with GTM, Sales, and Customer-facing teams - Strong leadership and influencing skills - Ability to remain flexible and agile - A sense of humor and willingness to always be learning - A burning passion to want to accomplish what most people might call "unreasonable expectations" If you're ready for a challenging and meaningful role that impacts customers, communities, and product experiences, and you want to work in a globally recognized work environment, then Adobe is the place for you.
