In this position, you with work with senior leaders in Indias Customer Facing organization partnering with leaders across team.
What you ll do
- Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization
- Coach, advise and recommend people interventions to Directors & Sr. Directors in your business
- Understand Strategic intent of the business in addition to diagnose the organization using data and insights to build people & organizational priorities for your respective business unit
- Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management to putting Adobe for All into action.
- Influence, collaborate, and direct Employee Experience COEs to shape/ design the support you provide your business leaders
- Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
- Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
What you need to succeed
- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience with an overall of 12+ years in the industry
- A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and be a self-starter
- Hands on experience in Organization Design, Organization Development, Talent Management, Culture Building and change management
- Expertise in understanding the HR value chain in terms of processes and systems to advise and recommend people prioritizes and interventions
- Experience partnering with GTM, Sales, Customer facing teams at scale is a plus
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization
- Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobes growth
