HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at Infinium Developers, your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and integrity within the organization. You will be responsible for executing engagement initiatives, managing HR operations, supporting performance management, handling employee relations, and ensuring policy compliance. Your primary focus will be on enhancing employee experience and driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Execute company-wide engagement initiatives to strengthen the culture of ownership, collaboration, and integrity. - Organize events, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns. - Conduct feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and employee connect programs. - Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, and documentation. - Oversee onboarding and exit formalities to ensure a smooth employee life cycle. - Support the performance management cycle through goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. - Track employee goal progress and coordinate training programs to address capability gaps. - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues. - Provide guidance on policies, processes, and HR procedures and escalate issues as needed. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory requirements. - Maintain updated HR records for audits, documentation, and legal adherence. - Ensure consistent application of HR rules and SOPs across teams. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations, engagement, and employee relations. - Experience in real estate, construction, retail, or fast-paced environments is advantageous. - Strong communication skills to build relationships across teams. - High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
