HR & Business Operations Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for going beyond traditional HR and thinking like a business operator. Your focus will not only be on policies but also on building systems and processes to drive a high-performance organization. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving HR and operations execution to ensure that people, processes, and performance are aligned effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Support the design and execution of HR strategies that are in line with business goals and evolving organizational needs. - Set up and manage HR operations including onboarding, performance management, internal communication, learning and development, and compliance. - Manage key business operations processes to enhance alignment, speed of execution, and cross-functional coordination. - Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical roles to maintain a consistent hiring pipeline and robust workforce planning. - Serve as a trusted HR/ops advisor to the leadership team by providing insights, structured recommendations, and execution roadmaps. - Develop scalable HR/talent acquisition workflows by introducing tools, automation, and processes that simplify tasks without adding complexity. - Promote a culture of accountability and ownership while ensuring a balance between empathy and performance. - Act as a culture custodian by ensuring that every process reinforces the organizational identity and values.
