This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring requirements.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
Support performance management cycles and assist in organizing training and development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment-focused role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tools or software.
Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
Experience in design, retail, or luxury segments will be considered an added advantage.
