Job Description

Candidates Preferred Having BPO Hiring Experience

Job Location : Sarjapur Road

Must have experience in Bulk Hiring and Onboarding Process

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for voice/inbound/outbound processes (BPO/Call Center roles)
Understand hiring requirements clearly and deliver quality candidates within deadlines
Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, etc.
Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fitment based on skill, communication, and attitude
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hiring trackers and dashboards using Excel
Coordinate interviews with operations and follow up on feedback and offer rollouts
Ensure hiring targets are met without compromising on candidate quality
Onboard selected candidates in coordination with HR operations
Share regular hiring status reports with the management team
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements

Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources is mandatory
Minimum 3 years of
hardcore recruitment experience
, preferably in the
BPO/Call Center industry
Strong
sourcing skills
and experience in volume hiring
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
Proficient in
MS Excel
able to manage and analyze hiring data
Detail-oriented,self-driven, and target-focused
Should be able to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines
Must be open to
work from office
