Job Title: HR Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Associate to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks while ensuring a positive experience for employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth documentation and induction.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll for monthly processing.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, notices, and other official documents.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communication activities.
• Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient HR support.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with strong HR interest may also apply, if preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
