Job Title: HR Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Associate to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks while ensuring a positive experience for employees and candidates. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth documentation and induction. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy. Handle attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll for monthly processing. Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, notices, and other official documents. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communication activities. Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient HR support. Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with strong HR interest may also apply, if preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools is an advantage.
